Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how SpoolPulse ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use the SpoolPulse service ("Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account data: name and email address you provide when registering.
• Shopify order data: order numbers, line items, fulfillment status, and related metadata synced from connected Shopify stores.
• Printer telemetry: printer status, temperatures, job progress, material usage, and heartbeat data sent by your connected 3D printers.
• Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data solely to operate the SpoolPulse service: managing print queues, displaying fleet telemetry, calculating cost-of-goods, syncing Shopify orders, processing billing, and providing customer support. We do not sell your data.

3. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Access is scoped per organization using row-level security. Secrets such as API keys and access tokens are stored encrypted and never exposed to the client.

4. Third-Party Services

SpoolPulse integrates with the following providers, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage hosting.
• Shopify — order and product data sync for stores you connect.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing. We do not store full card numbers.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and operational data for as long as your organization maintains an active SpoolPulse subscription. After account closure, data is retained for up to 90 days to allow recovery, then permanently deleted from production systems. Aggregated, anonymized statistics may be retained indefinitely.

6. Your Rights

You may, at any time:

• Request access to a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
• Export your organization's operational data.
