Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SpoolPulse service ("Service") provided by SpoolPulse ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SpoolPulse is a print farm operations platform that connects to your 3D printers and (optionally) your Shopify store to manage print queues, track telemetry, calculate cost-of-goods, and coordinate fulfillment workflows.

3. Operator-Confirmed Batch Release

On Scale-tier subscriptions (5+ printers), batch and single-job dispatch require explicit operator confirmation before any print job begins. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

4. Unattended Auto-Pilot Indemnification

Auto-Pilot is an Enterprise-tier feature (20+ printers) that dispatches print jobs without per-job operator confirmation. Operating unattended printing carries elevated risk.

Enterprise customers who enable Auto-Pilot accept full liability for unattended printer operation and must execute a separate written Indemnification Agreement with SpoolPulse before the feature is activated for their organization. Without an executed agreement on file, Auto-Pilot will remain disabled regardless of subscription tier.

5. Subscription and Billing

The Service is billed monthly using a graduated printer-based pricing model based on your organization's active printer count:

Adding or removing printers adjusts the subscription quantity and generates a prorated charge or credit on the next invoice. Payments are processed by Stripe; you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

6. Pricing Guarantee

Customers who subscribe to SpoolPulse during the launch period (defined as the first six months following the general availability launch date) are guaranteed their initial subscription rate through December 31, 2027.

Beginning January 1, 2028, SpoolPulse may adjust subscription pricing with a maximum annual increase of 15% and a minimum of 60 days written notice provided to all affected customers prior to any price change taking effect.

Customers on monthly billing will receive the option to switch to annual billing at their current rate before any increase takes effect.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; the Service remains available until then. We do not issue refunds for partial months. Account data is retained per the schedule described in our Privacy Policy after cancellation.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpoolPulse and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees paid by your organization to SpoolPulse in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
